Review process and notification

Artadia convenes nationally recognized panels of jurors from around the country for two rounds. In the first round a jury of three reviews all applications and determines a short-list of 10 Finalists for the Artadia Awards that will be announced in early February. All applicants will be informed of the results by email.

The second jury of three will then meet with the short-listed Finalists for studio visits in San Francisco in mid-February for up to 45 minutes each, after which five Artadia Awardees (2 awards at $15,000 and 3 at $5,000) will be announced. Please note that Finalists are required to be physically present for the studio visits. Public programs with the Awardees will follow in 2014. Please click on the panelists link to the left to access a full list of past jurors.
